Celina Tio has been a huge fan of Gourmet Mushrooms' specialty varieties since the time that she put American Restaurant and Kansas City on the culinary map and earned Chef of the Year from Chef Magazine in 2005 and Best Chef in the Midwest in 2007 (James Beard Foundation.) This week, while resting up between rounds at the Iron Chef competition, she was back at JULIAN her restaurant that makes Kansas City a culinary destination and puts the wow into comfort food.
