When Gourmet Mushrooms Inc. started business in 1977 we measured our weekly harvest in the hundreds of pounds, not the thousands. Our farm was instrumental in expanding the specialty mushroom market beyond shiitake. This is our first year growing a million pounds...all organic, all sustainable.
